1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88jl55 ("88jl55," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88jl55 website located at https://88jl55.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 88jl55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88jl55 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 88jl55 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the 88jl55 Platform and must not be used for any transaction: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card gambling deposits, which are prohibited under applicable Philippine regulations.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. 88jl55 reserves the right to conduct identity verification and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 88jl55 account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or bet.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by 88jl55.

88jl55 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 88jl55 Platform without the prior written consent of 88jl55.

8. Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 88jl55's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
